About the publication

A clearer picture of care.

Good Ground Journal covers mental health, addiction, and the practical work of finding support.

Who we write for

Our primary readers are people exploring care and the families alongside them. We cover the questions that come before an appointment, the systems around treatment, and the local resources that can be difficult to find.

This is a general resource publication. Our local desks explain the public services, practical decisions and community context in the places we cover. Research coverage distinguishes what a study found from what a treatment advertisement claims. A provider appears when it helps explain the subject; its admissions process does not define the publication’s coverage.
